As a contribution I want to share with you a delicious lunch that has as its protagonist the dressed steak.
I tell you that I prepared it with goose steak, it is a very soft cut and it is characterized for being juicy.
So I recommend it for any preparation you wish to make, be it grill, milanesa, stews, medallions, picadillo, pabellon, any of these recipes will be fabulous with this cut of meat.
This time I served it with white rice and salad.
So I will show you the ingredients I used and how I prepared it.
Ingredients
- Goose steak.
- Garlic.
- Red and Green Paprika.
- Onion.
- Oregano.
- Cumin.
- Pepper.
- Salt.
For the salad.
- Lettuce.
- Tomato.
- Onion.
- Mayonnaise.
- Salt and Lemon.
As contour
- White Rice.
Preparation
The first thing to do is to season the meat so that it absorbs the flavors.
In the meantime we can prepare the rice, which is a very simple step. We sauté a clove of garlic, add two cups of rice with 4 cups of water and salt to taste. Once it has absorbed most of the water, cover and lower the heat until it is completely dry.
With the salad what I did was to wash the lettuce very well with vinegar and cut it into pieces, the tomato was sliced and the onion was cut into very small squares.
Once I drained the lettuce, I put it in a bowl and put the tomato, onion and dressing which is the mayonnaise, salt and lemon and integrated everything.
With this ready, I began to prepare the steak, suffering first the meat and finally the seasoning so that it would be a little crunchy and not completely cooked, this will give it a more delicious touch.
I prepared a fresh lemon water with lemon and lunch was ready to enjoy with the family.

Hola Hivers amigos espero que todos estén bien con el favor de Dios.
Sé que han estado activos creando muchas recetas deliciosas, por eso les extiendo mis felicitaciones a todos lo que hacen vida en esta comunidad de @FoodiesBeeHive.
Como aporte quiero compartirles un delicioso almuerzo que tiene como protagonista un Bistec aliñado.
Les cuento que lo preparé con Bistec de ganso, es un corte bastante blando y se caracteriza por ser jugoso.
Así que se los recomiendo para cualquier preparación que deseen hacer bien sea parrilla, milanesa, guisos, medallones, picadillo, pabellón cualquier receta de estas te quedará fabulosa con este corte de carne.
En esta oportunidad yo lo acompañe con arroz blanco y ensalada.
Así que paso mostrarles los ingredientes que usé y cómo lo preparé.
Ingredientes
• - Bistec de Ganso.
• - Ajo.
• - Pimentón Rojo y Verde.
• - Cebolla.
• - Orégano.
• - Comino.
• - Pimienta.
• - Sal.
Para la ensalada.
• - Lechuga.
• - Tomate.
• - Cebolla.
• - Mayonesa.
• - Sal y Limón.
Como contorno
• - Arroz Blanco.
Preparación
Lo primero que haremos será condimentar la carne para que absorba los sabores.
Mientras tanto podemos preparar el arroz que es un paso bastante sencillo. Sofreímos un diente de ajo agregamos dos tazas de arroz con 4 de agua y ponemos sal al gusto. Una vez que haya absorbido la mayor cantidad de agua tapamos y bajamos el fuego hasta que quede completamente seco.
Con la ensalada lo que hice fue lavar muy bien la lechuga con vinagre y cortar en trozos, el tomate lo rebane y la cebolla la corte en cuadros muy pequeños.
Una vez que escurrí la lechuga la coloque en un bol coloque el tomate la cebolla y el aderezo que es la mayonesa, la sal y el limón y integré todo.
Ya con esto listo comencé a preparar el bistec. sufriendo primero la carne y por último los aliños para que queden algo crujientes, que no se cuezan por completo pues, esto le dará un toque más delicioso.
Preparé un agua fresca de papelón con limón y ya estuvo listo el almuerzo para disfrutarlo con la familia.
