I am trying this recipe for the first time. The cookies are just too browned in the oven.
Ingredents for peanut butter cookies
•peanut butter
•butter
•sugar
•egg
•flour
•baking powder
•vanilla
First we whisk the sugar, egg, butter and peanut butter. Butter and peanut butter should be at room temperature. Also I used peanut butter without sugar. Then we gradually add flour, baking powder and vanilla to make a dough. We rest dough in the refrigerator for half an hour.
We roll the dough in the refrigerator to the size of a walnut.
We shape the cookies with a fork.
We bake in oven preheated to 160 degrees for 20 minutes. Controlled cooking is required.
Cookies are ready!
