Materials:
★Palm juice
★rice powder
★black cumin
★sugar
★hot water
Method of making pita
First I took two cups of hot water
I gave a cup of sugar in hot water
I gave half a cup of palm juice
I gave a teaspoon of black cumin
I added three to four cups of rice powder
Mix all the ingredients until the sugar dissolves
Now check that the mixture should be thick otherwise keep adding rice flour and cover with a lid for 30 minutes
After 30 minutes, pour enough oil in a pan so that the pita can sink in the oil.
Pour the mixture into the oil with a spoon
Watch the pita puff up in the oil
I will turn it over after a while
If it turns brown, remove the batter
I have fried all the pitas in this way.
