How are you, What do you think about tomorrow?.You need to be very strong today to face tomorrow successfully.Not with high expectations. Life can be won, life can be lived with hope. So you guys know that dhal is one of the main three main dishes in my country. Although dhal is a common curry, I made it today with a lot of specialty. That is "masala dhal curry". Well then let's see how to make this masala dhal.
Ingredients;
- 250 grams of lentils
- Half cup of cocndensed coconut milk
- Three tablespoon of oil
- 1/4 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon of mjustard seeds
- A teaspoon of salt powder
- A teaspoon of garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds
- 1/4 teapoon of turmeric powder
- Ateaspoon of chilli powder
- Chopped ginger
- Chopped b onion
- Chopped tomatoes
- Chopped raw green chillies
- Curry leaves
- Chopped pandam leaves
- Choppes garlic
- A cup of water
The method of making;
Put the washed lentils in a pan, add a cup of water and bring to a boil.
Put another pan on the stove, add oil and let it heat up.Add fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds and cumin seeds and fry.
Add chopped ginger, garlic, big onion, green chillies, pandan leaves, curry leaves and chopped tomatoes and mix well.
Now add salt powder.
Then add chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala and mix well.

Add the boiled lentils.
Then add half a cup of coconut milk, mix well and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
After about 5 minutes, remove from the heat if theren't is any condensed coconut milk.
The lentil curry is ready in a very tasty and delicious color.
Although you eat lentils every day, you can make lentil curry for different tastes. Dhal curry is added to the main meal of every household in my country as usual.The spice added to the masala lentil curry makes the curry really tasty and fragrant.So I hope this recipe will be of great help to my dear friends who are still making lentil curry as usual.
