How are you, Yesterday was a beautiful restful Sunday. Everyone was at home so I thought I'd make something sweet for evening tea. So I made the most delicious muscat.Really very tasty. Let me tell you how to make this muscat that tastes so good.
Ingredients;
- 100 g of corn flour
- 3 1/2 tablespoons of margarine
- Half a teaspoon of grated lime peel
- Two drops of red colouring
- 600 ml of water
- 250 g of sugar
- Roasted peanuts crushed to medium size
- Roasted cashews crushed tosmall pieces
The method of making;
Put the corn flour in a bowl, add 480 ml of water little by little and dissolve well.
Now put a pan on the stove and add 250 grams of sugar to it.Add 120ml of water and dissolve well.**
Now add the melted sugar to the corn flour mixture we prepared earlier, keeping it on medium heat.After about 5 minutes it will become a thick thick mixture. Stir it constantly.
Melt three and a half tablespoons of butter and add it little by little one tablespoon at a time.
Now add two drops of red art to the mixture.Mix well.
Add grated lime peel and small pieces of roasted peanuts.
Meanwhile, put oil paper on a buttered tray and prepare.
Doing everything for about 15 minutes, The mixture in which the stove was placed was a mixture of corn flour, When it does not glue to the pan, remove from the heat.Place on a pre-prepared tray and thin well.
You can add medium sized powdered roasted peanuts for garnish.After about twenty minutes, remove from the tray and cut into pieces.
