It is the day when everyone can spend more time with their family as well as their personal work.So I thought that today, Sunday, I want to make a very delicious sweet snack to make my family happy.Today I am going to teach you how to make a very tasty dish that is suitable even for those who are hungry while drinking tea. That is the donut made in the pan. Very tasty. It's easy to make..it's going to take a while, so let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- 200ml of milk
- 7g of yeast
- An egg
- 40g of butter
- 400g of all purpose flour
- 200ml f oil
- Two tablespoons of sugar
- A pinch of salt
The meyhod of making:
First heat the milk a little. Then add 2 tablespoons of sugar to it. After that add yeast and stir.
Now add a pinch of salt and again mix well.
Now add flour and after that add egg.
Now add butter and stir everything.
Stir well for about two minutes, cover with a clean cloth and keep aside for about thirty minutes.
After about thirty minutes, stir the flour well again and remove the air from it. After that sprinkle some flour on a tray and keep this flour mill evenly.
Now divide this dough into eight equal parts and make balls out of it and keep those balls aside for about thirty minutes.
Now take a ball out of it and roll it lengthwise as shown in the picture.
Fold it as shown in the image and make its shape.
Now place a pan on the stove and add oil to it. After the oil is heated well, keep the flame of the stove at a very low level.
Fry the now made donut in this oil for about 5 minutes on both sides.
