And to my dear friends, I wish the recipient a very prosperous and happy year.Even today, I have a new recipe of the art that I love and share it with my friends. This is called sugar balls. Also called sugar donut balls. So this is actually a little easy recipe. Let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- An egg
- 300g of wheat flour
- Four tablespoons of icing sugar
- 120ml of fresh milk
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
- Three tablespoons of melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt powder
- A teaspoon of baking powder
- 200ml of oil
The method of making;
Put the egg in the pot and add 5 table spoons of sugar to it and stir until the sugar dissolves well.
Add 3 tablespoons of melted butter.
Stir until everything is well dissolved.
Then add flour.
Mix well.
Now add fresh milk little by little and make a normal liquid mixture.

Now take a tray of normal size and fill it with icing sugar.
Put the mixture in a piping bag.
Now put a pan on the stove, reduce the heat to normal and let the oil heat up.Now keep the flame of the stove very low and make a hole in one side of the piping bag and pour a tablespoon of the mixture into a oil.
Fry well for about three to four minutes on both sides.
Apply in icing sugar immediately after removing from heat.
A very wonderful dish for tea time. And better for sweet lovers. And it doesn't take much time to make it very quickly. Even the required ingredients do not go in large quantities. So try these donut balls or sugar balls which are full of delicious taste.
