Due to this, many tasks were missed. Along with all this, I made another new delicious recipe today. That is the egg devil. . This is a very simple/easy, quick pie that can be made. And it is also very tasty. You can eat this devil with just rice. It is so tasty. So let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- Three boiled eggs
- Three chopped cloves of garlic
- 50ml of water
- Two teaspoons of chilli pieces
- A teaspoon of salt powder
- Half teaspoon of pepper powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of cumin seeds
- About two capsicum, cut into inch
squares - About one large salt, cut into inch
squares - One ripe tomato, cut into inch squares
- A few curry leaves
- 30ml of oil
- About green chillies cut into small
pieces - One and half tablespoons of cornflour
- Four tablespoons of wheat flour
- A tablespoon of tomato sauce
- A teaspoon of soya sauce
The method of making;
Cut one boiled egg into four pieces.
Add two tablespoons of flour to the bowl, and add half a teaspoon of salt and pepper powder to it.
Now add about 20ml of water and mix well to form a thick batter.
Combine the remaining flour in another bowl and coat the cut egg pieces as shown in the picture.
Dip in thick batter.
Add to oil and fry over low heat until golden brown.
Add one tablespoon of water to the cornflour and dissolve.
Now heat another pan and add a tablespoon of oil to this one. Add cumin seeds to the same.
Then add chopped garlic.
Stir fry and add chilli pieces with half teaspoon of salt powder.
Again stir fry one minute and add tomato sauce.
**Add soya sauce **
After that mix well and onio pieces, capsicum pieces and tomato pieces.
Mix all.
Add cornflour mixture.
Cook on low heat as the cornflour mixture will thicken quickly after adding it.
Add fried egg pieces.
Turn off the stove, stir for another minute, and then remove from the stove.
This egg devil is like a tempura/curry that goes very well with rice. No other curry is needed. And it's so fragrant. So delicious. A taste I really like.We don't need anything else to make this devil. We can make a very tasty devil by just adding these ingredients at home. I think we don't really need to spend extra money to make some dishes. But we can make a very tasty dish.
