Hamburger Mac N Cheese Bread
I cook meals for my clients throughout the day. This is one of my latest creations that I thought I would share.
In this recipe I was looking for speed and ease.
Your Ingredients:
1 loaf of frozen bread dough (you can make your own homemade if you prefer)
1 lb Hamburger
1 Box of Mac N Cheese (follow the package instructions)
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp red chili flakes (I add this into my meat while browning)
1/4 cup of butter
1 Tbsp Ranch seasoning
1/2 cup of cheddar cheese
Set it out and let it begin to rise slightly so you can roll it out.
Brown your hamburger and make the Mac N Cheese
Throw the hamburger into the Mac N Cheese and mix thoroughly
Next you need to roll out the bread dough and place the Mac N Cheese into the center of the dough. It should look like below.
Now you are going to add the 1/4 cup of cheese to the top of the Mac N Cheese and begin the cutting process so you can braid the loaf. You want each end to fold over the top of the mixture.
Begin braiding and tucking the ends of your cut dough under the Mac N Cheese mixture. Don't worry about being perfect.
Take your butter, garlic, and ranch seasoning and mix together into a small bowl
Slather the mixture over he top of your braided loaf and allow it to rise about 30-45 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and bake for 25-30 minutes. Once it has turned a deep golden brown, turn off the oven and allow the loaf to remain in the oven for 7-10 minutes.
Slice, plate, and serve!
Happy Eating!!
