Hoy con una receta sencilla y rápida de hacer, se trata de una ensalada fresca con pollo y queso. Una comida completa y saludable ya que cuenta con muchas vitaminas, hierro y proteínas.

250 grs de filete de pechuga, 01 manojo de lechuga, 01 pimentón, 10 tomates cherrys, 01 cebolla, 01 pepino, 50 grs de queso blanco duro, sal, aceite de oliva y pimienta al gusto.
250 grams of breast fillet, 01 bunch of lettuce, 01 bell pepper, 10 cherry tomatoes, 01 onion, 01 cucumber, 50 grams of hard white cheese, salt, olive oil and pepper to taste.
Lo primero que hago es cortar en cubos el filete de pechuga la salpimiento, en un sarten coloco un poco de aceite la frio hasta que queden doradas y reservo.

Luego en un plato coloco la lechuga cortada en trozos, seguido añado el pimentón en juliana.

Corto el queso en cubo se la agrego junto con el pollo la sal, un poco de aceite de oliva y pimienta al gusto y a degustar una ensalada muy nutritiva.
