I also sell this snack in my shop. there are many variants of corndog, original, hotang, mozzarella corndog and others. but for this time I will discuss about the original corndog.

Here's a recipe from me ^^,
Prepare the following ingredients:
- 200gr wheat flour
- 1/2 tbs instant yeast
- 1/2 tbs salt
- 2 tbs granulated sugar
- Boiled water to taste
- 2 skewers
- 2 Sausages
- Bread flour
Next, mix the 1-4th ingredients are stirred evenly until they are completely blended, then add the water slowly while stirring the dough, doing it until the dough is smooth.
After the dough is smooth, cover the dough with a cover or cloth and let it stand until it expands, about 1 hour.
After the dough expands, prepare the sausages and skewers then make the skewers on the sausages.
Apply the dough to the sausages until they are completely covered and cover with breadcrumbs. And make sure the sausages are dry so the dough sticks well.
Cook in hot oil over low heat so it doesn't burn.
After browning, remove and drain and the Corndog is ready to be served with sauce and mayonnaise or you can add mustard.
