Hello everyone This is my first post in this community and today I cooked something tasty dinner for my Mom sister & my self during lockdown for Corona pendemic.
You can check below some processing work.
For dough I arrange
- plainflour 2cup (Maida),
2.Sugar1tsp,
3.Baking powder 1 tsp,
4.Baking soda 1/4th tsp,
5.Curd- (yogurt) 1/4 cup,
6.Oil 2 tsp,
7.Salt- to taste,
Mix well. After that water lukewarm knead 10 mints to make soft Dough.
This Soft Doug.
Cover and rest 2 hours. In the mean time I start to marinade chicken.
For marinade chicken I use 2/3 tsp lemon juce, Ginger garlic paste, salt, and red cilli powder, mix well.
Fresh Coriender.
Green chilli & onion

Tomato, butter, onion chop fried
Masala.
This Curd, redchilli powder, jeera powder, Coriender powder,
3 tsp Curd.
And this is Chicken pyaza.
After that I back to rest of Doug.
And this is ready for Nun.
Dinner is ready
