I've been practicing chrysanthemum bread for a few days, but unfortunately, my skills are limited, so I'm back to the traditional buttermilk bread hihi😂
It takes about 60 minutes to make a loaf of bread, including the dough. Bake for 30 minutes, bake for 20 minutes, only prepare about 10-15 minutes to have a delicious breakfast, you can still do it without a dough machine. Mom is free, but I smile because I have a delicious cake 😘
I reduced the amount of sugar compared to the standard recipe so it's not too sweet.
1/ Heat the water to melt unsalted butter and let it cool
Butter is kept in the freezer, so it needs to be melted to make it easier to mix the dough, if you keep the butter in the cooler, you should also melt it to cool it so it won't stick to the dough. Since I knead by hand, it's easier to make looser.
2/ Since I'm kneading by hand, I'll split the recipe in half, ladies
The order for the ingredients to mix is ​​as shown in the picture
1: for 250g flour, 2.5g salt, 25g sugar, 5g lion powder mix well
2: add 5g yeast
3: add 25g of cooled butter
4: Next, add 1 beaten egg and 110g of fresh milk
3/ Use a spatula to mix all the ingredients together and then knead them back and forth
4/ Knead until the dough is smooth and doesn't stick to your hands, that's it
5/ Divide the dough into 7 parts and put it in the mold
6/Bring the dough to incubate
7/ Beat 1 egg and add fresh milk, spread on the cake and sprinkle with white sesame to make it pretty
Preheat the oven for 10-15 minutes and put the cake in the oven
Temperature: 180 degrees, 2 fire, 20 minutes
