Fruit Tart, a delicious dessert with exotic fruits.
Cake is a beautiful thing. - Milly Shapiro
Hello everyone
Hello my dears today I decided to share with you a special recipe for those who love fresh fruits and today as I wrote in the title I present you the recipe of banana and kiwi fruit tart.
This recipe is one of my wife's favorites, she loves making this dessert.
This dessert is a perfect combination of sweet-sour taste (banana and kiwi) and vanilla pudding and vanilla essence all combined in perfect harmony with a berry flavored jelly.
Banana and kiwi tart is perfect for any occasion whether you enjoy a slice in the morning or serve it on a special occasion, the same delicious taste will surprise you in the same way.
But let's see what we used and how we made this dessert.
Ingredients:
Cake base
3 eggs
3 tablespoons sugar (brown sugar can also be used)
3 tablespoons flour
1 sachet vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
Filling
1 sachet vanilla flavoured pudding
400ml milk
1 sachet vanilla sugar
1 sachet berry-flavoured gelatine
2 bananas
2 kiwi fruits
How to prepare
The first step is to make the cake base, for this in the first phase we must separate the egg yolk from the egg white and then beat the egg whites until they become a thick foam, in this foam add three teaspoons of sugar and then mix further.
After mixing a little add the three egg yolks and mix again until everything is perfectly homogenized, continue to add the three tablespoons of flour and then mix again.
After everything is mixed perfectly we add everything to a baking tray, as you have seen in the baking tray we also put a baking paper so that it does not stick to the bottom of the tray.
Here's what the countertop looks like after I take it out of the oven.
We don't waste time and we cut the fruit, by the way you can cut the fruit in any shape you want, we cut them in slices.
We go ahead and prepare the pudding, for this we need a pot in which we put the sugar, pudding powder and add the milk and then put them on the fire.
Pour the vanilla pudding over the cooled cake and level out evenly, if you like you can leave it to cool a little.
After you have put the vanilla pudding, start placing the sliced fruit (we chose to put banana and kiwi, because we like this combination, but here you can get carried away and be creative in using other combinations of fruit that you have at hand, for example you can use strawberries, oranges, or any other fruit).
We go further in preparing the berry-flavored jelly, this jelly will be poured over the fruit placed on top of the pudding to hold the fruit on the tart.
And this is what the final product looks like, if you liked this recipe, you can try it at home, it is light, fresh and you will definitely be delighted with its fresh taste.
