Espero que todos hayan pasado una linda semana y que tengan un fin de semana bastante descansado. En esta ocasión, les comparto una deliciosa receta de galletas tipo brownie con gotas de chocolate. Desde hace varios años, vengo con mucho antojo de chocolate; ahora me pasa que necesito comer mucho chocolate, jaja. Me da algo de gracia porque cuando era pequeña el chocolate nunca era mi primera opción; digamos que prefería otras golosinas antes que el chocolate. Pero bueno, debido a estos arranques por comerlo, decidí comprar cacao y algunas gotas de chocolate y me puse mi delantal para prepararlas.

I hope everyone had a wonderful week and that they have a restful weekend. This time, I'm sharing a delicious recipe for chocolate chip brownie cookies. For several years, I've been craving chocolate; now I find myself needing to eat a lot of chocolate, haha. It's kind of funny because when I was little, chocolate was never my first choice; let's just say I preferred other sweets to chocolate. But anyway, because of these cravings, I decided to buy cocoa and some chocolate chips and put on my apron to make them.

🍶 INGREDIENTES | 🍶 INGREDIENTS
- 250 g de harina de trigo.
- 50 g de cacao.
- 100 g de azúcar.
- 50 ml de aceite.
- 1 huevo.
- 1 cdta de polvo de hornear.
- 1 cdta de esencia de vainilla.
- 100 g de gotas de chocolate.
- ¼ cdta de sal.
- 250 g wheat flour.
- 50 g cocoa.
- 100 g sugar.
- 50 ml oil.
- 1 egg.
- 1 tsp baking powder.
- 1 tsp vanilla extract.
- 100 g chocolate chips.
- 1/4 tsp salt.
✨ PREPARACIÓN | ✨ PREPARATION
✨PASO 1:
Lo primero que debemos hacer es agregar los ingredientes líquidos. Así que tomamos un recipiente hondo y comenzamos a agregar 1 huevo, 1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla y los 100 gramos de azúcar y comenzamos a incorporar hasta que el azúcar se disuelva.

The first thing we need to do is add the liquid ingredients. So, take a deep bowl and begin adding 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and the 100 grams of sugar, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
✨PASO 2:
Seguidamente, agregamos los secos; en este caso serían los 50 g de cacao, ¼ de cucharadita de sal, y nuevamente incorporamos muy bien, hasta que el cacao se integre muy bien.
✨2 STEP:
Next, add the dry ingredients; in this case, the 50 g of cocoa powder and ¼ teaspoon of salt, and stir again until the cocoa powder is well combined.
✨PASO 3:
Luego, añadimos los 250 g de harina de trigo (previamente tamizada) junto con 1 cucharadita colmada de polvo para hornear y volvemos a incorporar. Debe quedar una consistencia bastante pegajosa y, en este punto, es momento de añadir los 100 g de gotas de chocolate e integramos.
✨3 STEP:
Then, add the 250 g of wheat flour (previously sifted) along with 1 heaped teaspoon of baking powder and stir again. It should have a fairly sticky consistency, and at this point, it's time to add the 100 g of chocolate chips and stir.
✨PASO 4:
Engrasamos una bandeja, comenzamos a tomar una porción de la mezcla con la cuchara y se va colocando en la bandeja (repetimos el proceso hasta terminar con la mezcla). Al terminar, llevamos la bandeja a la nevera de 15 min a 20 min. Pasado el tiempo, llevamos al horno precalentado a 180°C por 15 min aproximadamente.
✨4 STEP:
Grease a baking tray, begin scooping a portion of the mixture with a spoon, and place it on the tray (repeat the process until the mixture is finished). When finished, place the tray in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes. Once the time is up, bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 15 minutes.
✨ Y listo, amigos, en total me salieron 6 galletas porque las hice grandes, pero si las hacen un poco más pequeñas, les salen el doble y a un buen tamaño. De verdad que quedaron deliciosas, súper blandas tipo brownie por dentro y un poco más duritas por fuera. Espero que les haya gustado el paso a paso y se animen a prepararlas.
