Hoy prepare un delicioso almierzo para mi familia,unas deliciosas costillas de res con arroz, los ingredientes para este delicioso almuerzo fueron los siguientes: 1 kilo y medio de costillas de res,1 kilo de arroz, alinios verdes como culantro o cilantro,ajies,ajo,cebolla,cebollin, tambien condimentos como sal al gusto,cubito de caldo de pollo y comino.

Tambien prepare unas deliciosas arepas en brasas,para acompañar el delocioso almuerzo de costillas con arroz,el modo de preparacion es el mas facil,solo se coloca hablandar las costillas en abundante agua,cuando esten bien blanditas le coloca el kilo de arroz con los alinios bien solfreidos en aceite onotado y los condimentos lo ultimo que se agrega para dar el gusto es el cilantro o culantro para darle el sazon como decia la abuelita y despues degustarlo con esa arepas a la brasa que no podian faltar.
