Soy fans de las Pizzas, me encantan la variedad de ingredientes que le podemos agregar poniéndole un plus diferente a cada una, y así todas llevan un nombre, siempre voy a restaurantes y ordeno la Campesina que tiene mis ingredientes favoritos como entre ellos Maíz, pimentón y Tocineta que tanto me gusta, está vez quise variar en la preparación, de una Pizza casera, para mí cena y viendo un programa de TV hace tiempo me enteré que existe la Pizza Carbonara, wow estaba en mi lista por probar, en vez de Salsa roja será salsa Blanca, por eso deben pasar por aquí, así que manos a la obra.

I am a fan of Pizzas, I love the variety of ingredients that we can add to give each one a different touch, and so they all have a name, I always go to restaurants and order the Campesina which has my favorite ingredients such as Corn, paprika and Bacon which I like so much, this time I wanted to vary in the preparation, of a homemade Pizza, for my dinner and watching a TV program a while ago I found out that there is Pizza Carbonara, wow it was on my list to try, instead of red sauce it will be white sauce, that's why you have to stop by here, so get to work.

1 lata de crema de leche Vegetal
1 Disco de pre pizza
100 grs de Mozzarella
100 grs de Tocineta
1 Cebolla
1 Pimentón
Pimienta
Oregano

1 can of vegetable heavy cream
1 Disc of pre pizza
100 grs of Mozzarella
100 grs of bacon
1 onion
1 paprika
1 pepper
Oregano

Paso a paso| Step by step

1.- Primero, realicé la Salsa blanca, así que corte la tocineta en cuadros.Luego saltie en un sartén a fuego bajo.

First, I made the white sauce, so I cut the bacon into squares, then sautéed it in a skillet over low heat.

2.- Segundo, corte las cebollas en cuadros, Las añadí en el sartén junto con las tocinetas, mezcle solo pocos minutos.

Second, dice the onions. I added them to the pan along with the bacon, and mixed for just a few minutes.

3.- Seguidamente, agregué la crema de leche y la pimienta, mezcle muy bien hasta que hierva y apagamos. Reservamos.

Next, add the cream and pepper, mix very well until it boils and turn off. Set aside.

4.- Finalmente, Comencé a armar la pizza, sobre el disco agregué la salsa blanca, el pimentón, el queso mozzarella rayado y una pizza de orégano. Adorne con hojas de de albahaca.Coloque en el Horno solo 7 minutos.
