Cooking is everything to me)) I love cooking and of course, want to cook deliciously! If I want to eat something I want to cook it with my hands than ordering because when you cook it yourself you can eat how much you want there is no proportion 😂 Today I am going to write about our traditional meal "Samsa".
It is one of the most eaten foods here. My husband loves to eat samsa too. That's why I cook samsa quickly. Samsa is very easy to prepare if its dough is ready. I always have Samsa dough ready because when I make the dough I will make that is enough for 2 3 times at a time. The dough is made from flour, butter, and water. You can cook samsa with meat, pumpkin, spinach, and potatoes. They will all be delicious. I made 2 types of samsa for dinner.
Samsa with potatoes for my children and meat and potato added for others. I gave them 2 different forms to distinguish them. I put an egg on it and put it in the oven for half an hour.
After it was cooked, I served it with tomato sauce added garlic, and greens. Somsa is tastier with the sauce))
There were extra little cakes (I didn't cook them ) as my son's wish in the dinner too 😋
