So, if you need a little boost to start your day, why not try this delicious, healthy & filling liquid meal?
As with everything else, the first step is to assemble your ingredients. I like the mix of fruits and veggieāthis one that I made this morning had spinach, mixed berries, bananas, pineapple juice and a mix of super seeds: chia & flax seed!
Now, itās time to push the button and blend. I use frozen blueberries š« and strawberries š and add more juice, if needed, to get the slushy mix moving.
If youāre not feeling so great ālike I was, when I had Lyme diseaseā try adding some Turmeric, an anti-inflammatory.
I, typically, do not have smoothies everyday, only when I need some extra energy and have the time. But, I like to make a little more than one glass ā so I can share it, or have some more the following day.
Now, youāre ready to sit down and enjoy your healthy breakfast/brunch/lunch/whatever š
I served mine with half a croissant š„ kale and Greek yogurt dip, tomatoes š & olives š«
