Greetings community, today I come to share with you a very tasty recipe based on vegetables, a pasta that I had left over from a lunch and a sauce, similar to how Bechamel sauce is prepared, but without some ingredients.
-25g of butter
-25g of wheat flour
-300 ml of liquid milk
-Vegetables: pickle, potato, zucchini (sometimes I add carrot). Optional: onion, paprika, sweet bell pepper.
-Salt to taste and any other seasoning; in my case, liquid garlic, soy sauce and oregano.
-Pasta (This if you have some left over from one day and you want to make the meal).
The first thing I do is chop all the vegetables, here you can do it in the shape and size you want, this time I chop them into slices or medallions.
Boil the vegetables to soften them, when they are ready, remove the water and let them dry, meanwhile, chop a whole medium onion, a sweet chili bell pepper and some green bell pepper, if you have red, even better.
I sautéed these vegetables in a pan with a little oil and 25g of butter, added a touch of soy sauce, garlic sauce, salt and a little oregano. When they are more or less sautéed, add the pasta (you can skip this step and add the vegetables if you don't want the pasta).
Then, when everything was united, I added the vegetables, in order to add the 25g of flour and I stirred everything with a wooden spoon, so that everything would unify. Finally, I poured the 300 ml of milk, which in my case I had powdered milk and prepared it liquid.
To give it a little more taste, I added some grated cheese, it is better with mozzarella cheese. And ready, an excellent dish for dinner or lunch.

Saludos comunidad, hoy vengo a compartirles una receta muy rica a base de vegetales, una pasta que me quedo de un almuerzo y una salsa, similar a como se prepara la Bechamel, pero obviando unos ingredientes.
-25g de mantequilla
-25g de Harina de Trigo
-300 ml de leche liquida
-Vegetales: pepinillo, papa, calabacín (a veces le agrego zanahoria). Puede ser opcional cebolla, pimentón, ají dulce.
-Sal al gusto y cualquier otro condimento; en mi caso, ajo líquido, salsa de soya y orégano.
-Pasta (Esto si le quedo de un día y quieren rendir la comida)
Lo primero que hago es picar todos los vegetales, aquí pueden hacerlo de la forma y el tamaño que desean, en esta oportunidad las pique en rodajas o medallones.
Hervir los vegetales para que se ablanden, cuando estén listo, quitar el agua y dejarlo secar, mientras tanto, pique una cebolla mediana completa, un ají dulce y un poco de pimentón verde, si tienen rojo, mejor todavía.
Sofreí estos vegetales en un sartén con un poco de aceite y los 25g de mantequilla, le agregué un toque de salsa de soya, salsa de ajo, sal y un poco de orégano. Cuando estén mas o menos sofritos se le agrega la pasta (pueden obviar este paso y añadir los vegetales de una, si no desean la pasta).
Luego, al unir todo, le agregue los vegetales, para así añadirle los 25g de harina y removí todo con una cuchara de palo, para que todo se unificara. Ya finalizando, vertí los 300 ml de leche, que en mi caso tenia en polvo y la prepare liquida.
Para darle un poco más de gusto, le añadí un poco de queso rallado, queda mejor con queso mozzarella. Y listo, un excelente plato para una cena o para un almuerzo.
