Un saludo, queridos amigos de Foodies Bee Hive espero que todos estén muy bien y el día de hoy quiero compartirles mi receta de almuerzo. Y también de Cómo surgió la idea de compartir este delicioso almuerzo con mis padres y mi primo Luis Pues él estaba en casa y ya casi se hacía la hora del mediodía y queríamos comer algo delicioso Así que se me ocurrió la idea de hacer una deliciosa pasta con salsa blanca o salsa bechamel como otros le llaman y salchichas también Le agregué brócoli que le da un toque espectacular.

And also how I came up with the idea of sharing this delicious lunch with my parents and my cousin Luis. He was at home and it was almost noon and we wanted to eat something delicious so I came up with the idea of making a delicious pasta with white sauce or bechamel sauce as others call it and sausage and I also added broccoli which gives it a spectacular touch.

Verdaderamente, es una receta muy fácil y rápida de preparar, lo primero que hice fue empezar a cortar todos los ingredientes para así tenerlos listo pique la mortadela en cuadros pequeños y la puse en una bandeja mientras picaba lo demás.

Luego procedí a lavar bien las salchichas, las Piqué y las puse en la bandeja junto a la mortadela que ya había picado las salchichas, la Piqué un poco finas no las dejé tan gruesas esto para que cuando me toque freírlas se doren bien.

Luego procedemos a picar el brócoli en pedazos pequeños revisándolo muy bien mientras lo van picando que no tenga gusanos o algún insecto pequeño, luego de haberla picado lo que hacemos Es agregar agua a una olla o en una taza echarle vinagre blanco para que este lo desinfecte y remojarlo allí por uno 10 minutos.
Then we proceed to chop the broccoli in small pieces checking it very well while they are chopping it that it does not have worms or any small insect, after having chopped it what we do is to add water to a pot or in a cup to pour white vinegar so that it disinfects it and soak it there for 10 minutes.
Ya habiendo lavado el queso lo rallamos todo y lo ponemos en una taza o a una bandeja Para esperar tener lista nuestra pasta para agregárselo.

Seguidamente, lo vamos bien los aliños verdes y la cebolla y los picamos en trozos pequeños.

Encendemos la cocina y ponemos a hervir los pedazos de brócoli hasta que tengan una consistencia suave, pero es importante que no queden tan suaves porque si no se desintegran.

A continuación calentamos agua y procedemos a hacer leche tibia con un poco de sal y también un poco de especias.

Aparte ponemos a hervir el agua y cuando esta hierba agregamos la pasta yo hice medio kilo esta la vas revolviendo para que no se pegue le agregas sal al agua y cuando esté lista la cuelas en un colador de pasta y cuando está, esté colada le echas un poco de agua fría para que no se pegue.

En un sartén con aceite bien caliente agregamos las salchichas que ya habíamos picado también la mortadela y los aliños verdes que picamos, esto lo freímos hasta que todo esté dorado.

De último hacemos la salsa bechamel o salsa blanca como otros le llaman y para esto necesitamos calentar mantequilla En una olla pequeña al calentarse ya se va a derretir y procedemos a agregarle la leche que ya habíamos hecho antes y aparte de eso para que espese le agregamos harina de trigo hasta que esta tome una consistencia cremosa.
Finally we make the bechamel sauce or white sauce as others call it and for this we need to heat the butter in a small pot when it heats up it will melt and we proceed to add the milk that we had already made before and apart from that to thicken it we add wheat flour until it takes a creamy consistency.
Finalmente, viene el armado de nuestro plato Pues en la olla agregamos la pasta, aparte de eso le vamos agregando la salchicha y los aliños que sofreímos anteriormente Y luego le agregamos la salsa bechamel y los brócolis y revolvemos después de hacer todo este proceso la pasta está lista para servir y degustar.
Finally, comes the assembly of our dish. So in the pot we add the pasta, apart from that we add the sausage and the seasonings that we sautéed previously and then we add the béchamel sauce and the broccoli and stir after doing all this process the pasta is ready to serve and taste.
Al Ya estár lista agregarle un poco de queso en la parte de arriba y sírvela, también poniéndole los brócolis en la parte de arriba y listo Disfruta de este espectacular pasta con salsa, bechamel y brócoli.
When it is ready add a little cheese on top and serve it, also putting the broccoli on top and ready. Enjoy this spectacular pasta with sauce, bechamel sauce and broccoli.
