Hoy con una receta sencilla pero deliciosa, preparé una rica carne molida que nos saca de un apuro a la hora que queremos preparar algo rápido y tiene muchas combinaciones. La carne molida es excelente para hacer diferentes recetas con un sabor insuperable, espero les guste y lo disfruten.

- 500 gramos de carne molida, 1 zanahoria, 1 papa, 1 cebolla, 1 tomate maduro, 4 dientes de ajo, 1 cucharada de sal, 1 cucharadita de orégano, 2 cucharadas de aceite vegetal, 1 pimentón rojo.
- 500 grams of ground meat, 1 carrot, 1 potato, 1 onion, 1 ripe tomato, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of oregano, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 1 red bell pepper.

- Cortar los aliños y vegetales finamente.

- Colocar en un sartén los aliños con con la carne y agregar el aceite.
