¡Feliz Domingo estimados amigos de #FoddiesBeeHive!; ya comenzó el Mundial de Fútbol en Qatar y con ello les traigo una deliciosa, fácil y nutritiva receta hecha con garbanzos y otros condimentos que al juntarse crean esta delicia llamada "Falafel", un platillo del Oriente Medio y que con el paso del tiempo se ha ido cambiando o agregando otros condimentos pero queda igual de sabroso. Espero les guste mi receta de hoy y la disfruten.

- 200 grs de garbanzos, ramitas de cebollín, 1 diente de ajo, paprika, comino, 1 huevo, pan rallado, sal al gusto, aceite.
- 200 grams of chickpeas, sprigs of chives, 1 clove of garlic, paprika, cumin, 1 egg, breadcrumbs, salt to taste, oil .

- Colocamos los garbanzos en remojo por 24 horas.
- Soak the chickpeas for 24 hours.
- Se colocan los garbanzos en la licuadora con un poquito de agua y se licuan.

- Se cuelan y se forma una masa de garbanzos.

- Se lava y se corta en trocitos el cebollín.

- Mezclamos y agregamos la paprika, comino, sal al gusto, y pan rallado.

- Cascamos el huevo y batimos, añadimos a la mezcla, amasamos.

- Le damos la forma a los falafel y en un sartén con aceite caliente los colocamos a freír.

- Doramos por ambos lados.
