A mi en lo particular me encantan los frijoles y se preparan de muchas maneras, lo mejor es que no es necesario utilizar ningún tipo de carne ya que los frijoles tienen su propio sabor y el sofrito le da el complemento para comer sano y sabroso. Ingredientes / Ingredients: 🔪

- 250 grs de frijoles, 3 tomates rojos, 3 ajíes dulces, 1 diente de ajo, 1 cebolla, 1/2 pimentón, 1 ramito de cilantro, 1 ramito de cebollín, sal al gusto, sabroseador, salsa de soya, aceite, agua.
