Hoy es Domingo y este es el día de la semana en el que no me provoca hacer nada 😂 siempre trato de no complicarme ni con la comida, preparo platillos super faciles y rápidos. Para el almuerzo de hoy prepare una versión ultra mejorada de mis pastas en salsa blanca; en realidad esta receta es mi suegra ella lo llama Espaguetis con Leche mi esposo desde siempre lo ha comido, yo lo conocí por ellos... Así que les quiero compartir esta rica receta, que a parte de deliciosa es mega facil de elaborar.
INGREDIENTES:
✔️ 400GR DE ESPAGUETIS (EL DE TU PREFERENCIA)
✔️ 100GR DE JAMÓN AHUMADO
✔️ 200GR DE CREMA DE LECHE
✔️ 200ML DE LECHE LIQUIDA
✔️ 1 CUCHARADA DE MANTEQUILLA
✔️ 3 CUCHARADAS DE MAYONESA
✔️ SAL
PREPARACIÓN:
Lo primero que debemos hacer es los espaguetis, para esto en una olla amplia colocamos suficiente agua y un poco sal, llevamos a fuego alto hasta que empiece a hervir; una vez el agua este hirviendo agregamos las pastas, revolviendo constantemente para que no se peguen. Cocinamos por 8 minutos, retiramos del fuego para colar y reservamos las pastas.
Con el espagueti listo, pasamos a picar en cuadros pequeños el jamon ahumado, para entonces sofreir a fuego medio en un sarten grande con una cucharada de mantequilla, hasta que empiece a dorar.
Ahora es momento de agregar la leche líquida, la crema de leche y las 3 cucharadas de mayonesa, todo junto y mezclamos muy bien hasta integrar; bajamos un poco la temperatura 🌡️ de la cocina y seguimos mezclando hasta notar que salsa comienza a espesar.
Con la salsa espesa agregamos los espaguetis, por parte y con ayuda de una cuchara grande y mezclamos todo hasta integrar la el Espaguetis con la salsa.
Y asi queda listo estos deliciosos ESPAGUETIS CON LECHE
Para mi este es un platillo súper rico y facil de realizar, prefecto para el almuerzo del Domingo o cualquier dia de la semana. Para mi, el toque ultra delicioso y especial se lo da la mayonesa; tambien le pueden agregar un poco de queso parmesano y asi le dan su toque gourmet. 😂

INGREDIENTS:

✔️ 100GR OF SMOKED HAM
✔️ 200GR OF MILK CREAM
✔️ 200ML OF LIQUID MILK
✔️ 1 TABLESPOON BUTTER
✔️ 3 TABLESPOONS MAYONNAISE
✔️ SALT
PREPARATION:
The first thing to make is the spaghetti, for this in a large pot place enough water and a little salt, bring to high heat until it starts to boil; once the water is boiling add the pasta, stirring constantly so that it does not stick together. Cook for 8 minutes, remove from heat to drain and reserve the pasta.
With the spaghetti ready, chop the smoked ham into small squares, then fry it over medium heat in a large frying pan with a tablespoon of butter, until it begins to brown.
Now it is time to add the liquid milk, the cream and the 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, all together and mix very well until well integrated; lower the temperature a little 🌡️ of the kitchen and continue mixing until you notice that the sauce begins to thicken.
With the sauce thickened we add the spaghetti, by parts and with the help of a large spoon and mix everything until the spaghetti is integrated with the sauce.
And this way it is ready these delicious SPAGUETIS WITH MILK.
For me this is a super tasty and easy to make dish, perfect for Sunday lunch or any day of the week. For me, the ultra delicious and special touch is given by the mayonnaise; you can also add a little parmesan cheese to give it a gourmet touch. 😂
