Las mini donas se pueden glasear o cubrir de muchas formas distintas, al tratarte de una base bastante noble de sabor a vainilla es muy facil combinarlo con varios sabores; yo estoy entrando en el mundo de las mini donas ya que lo tome como un emprendimiento no soy experta así que me tocó aprender desde cero, tanto en como realizarlas, así como los glaseados y topping que uso.
Si tú estas haciendo mini donas y no sabes cómo cubrirlas yo te muestro cuáles son los sabores y combinaciones que a mi más me han funcionado. Cubrir una mini dona me lleva tiempo, porque me gusta que se vea bien y apetecible, que el cliente al verla quiera comerla y degustarla..
Por eso, es importante entonces usar coberturas que queden firmes y no se corran, por eso yo uso coberturas de chocolate, chocolate blanco, arequipe y un glaseado que hago con azúcar glass y leche condensada hasta el momento me han funcionado de maravilla...
Un dato importante es que para que un glaseado se adhiera y luzca bien en una mini dona, esta debe estar bien, sin grimos o huequitos.
La primera cobertura que aprendi hacer fue la de chocolate con leche, es súper fácil, solo derrito el chocolate a baño de maria y cuando todo este bien líquido, cubro la mini dona con el...
Este chocolate es muy noble y delicioso asi que lo podemos combinar con lo que se desee, pueden ser lluvia de colores o chocolate, chispas...
Mi última combinación fue la de chocolate con mani, esta ha gustado bastante a los clientes...
Tambien hago chocolate blanco combinamdo con grageas de colores y formas, esto es una especie de lluvia pero un poco dura y crocante, la combinación es muy rica, perfecta para los mas pequeños de la casa. Para cubrir las mini donas hago lo mismo que con el chocolate blanco, lo derrito a baño de María y una vez este todo blando cubro cada mini dona
El arequipe es un poco blando, pero este al secarse crea una capa un tanto dura que no la deja correr o pegarse de las otras mini donas lo cual me parece perfecto ya que el arequipe es un dulce que les gusta a todos y es muy noble porque se puede combinar con chocolate, lluvias, frutas, frutos secos entre otros.
El Arequipe para poder untatlo en las mini donas, también lo caliento en baño de Maria, esto lo vuelve mas suave y facil de untar 🥯
Y por ultimo, esta el glaseado de azúcar glass, leche condensada y leche líquida, esta cobertura queda super rica y combinado con la dona queda deliciosa; se endurece al secar lo que la hace perfecta... Ese Glaseados me gusta combinarlo con lluvias, quedan lindos y su sabor es aun mejor.
Realmente, creo que el secreto está en usar coberturas que se puedan calentar para ablandar para que esta pieda adherirse a la mini dona y al colocar sus topping estos puedan tambien quedar unido a la cobertura... Finalmente amigos, asi cubro mis mini donas, quedan todas muy ricas y lindas...
