First I took out a hilsa fish from the fridge. Then I was soaking in water for about 10 minutes. Do not remove the fish from the water and clean it well. Then I cut the fish into fine pieces. After cutting the fish, keep it for a while. Then I take several pictures.

After cutting all the fish piece by piece, I added the masala. I have given several types of spices such as powdered morris, salt as per taste, salt as per quantity, garam masala as per quantity. After adding all the spices, I kept it for 15 minutes so that the spices go into the fish pieces.

I took about 200 grams of onion. First I took the onions and peeled them. Then I washed it well with water. Then I took a quantity of raw chili and washed it well with water and cut it into small pieces.

First I heated the fry pan for about 5 minutes. Then I put 150 grams of mustard oil in a 3-meter jar. Then I chopped the onions and put them in the fry pan. After the onions turn brown in color, add all the other spices including raw chillies. Name of the spices: Roasted with ginger garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, cumin, salt etc.

6th step
After roasting the spices well, I put the fried pieces of hilsa fish in the fry pan. After putting the fish in the fry pan, I took the fish for 5 minutes. Then I gave 200 grams of water. Then I put the lid on the fry pan and broil it for 20 minutes. Then my favorite recipe is ready.
