Preparation
Get your snail of any sizes, smash the shell with stone and pick the fleshy part of the snail, watch the snail thoroughly with alum to remove the slippery liquid.
put in a pot, add onion, maggi and any other available ingredient and boil for 15 minutes.
Cut your tomatoes and the rest of the onion into smaller or desired sizes, watch the broom sticks to be used, stuck in some onion, some pepper and then snails.
Rob the stuck snail, onion and tomatoes with maggi and oil, Roast on your flaming gas or hot plate or oven, turn until it is dried and desirable.
Serve with Rice or any other grain meal
