° Beef liver (half a kilo).
° 1 kilogram of white rice.
° Half an onion, cut into strips.
° Cherry tomatoes (15).
° Garlic cloves (5).
° Oil (as needed)
° Salt to taste.
Although I didn't take any pictures before cooking the liver, I washed it very well so it wouldn't have that characteristic smell. At the same time, I removed the membrane that covers the ends, which I don't like very much. Now that that step is done, in a very hot pan with a little oil, I added the beef liver and let it brown for three minutes on both sides. Then, I added the garlic, tomato, and finely chopped onion. I cooked them until all the flavors were well known. At the same time, I cooked them until they became translucent. Then, I turned off the heat to let them rest while I waited to serve.
As a side dish, I made white rice, which I like very well. It's a shame I didn't have enough money to buy and prepare a green salad, but oh well, that will be for next time.

Saludos amigos de la comunidad #FoodiesBeeHive dónde les comparto mí receta qué preparé para mí almuerzo el día de hoy qué quería disfrutar desde hace ya algún tiempo y bueno llegó ese momento tan ansiado para mí un delicioso Hígado de res con tomate y cebolla además acompañado con arroz blanco.
° Hígado de Res (medio kilo).
° Arroz blanco 1 kilogramo.
° Media cebolla cortada en plumas.
° Tomates cherrys (15).
° Dientes de Ajo (5).
° Aceite c/n
° Sal al gusto.
Aunque no le tomé fotografías antes de poner a cocinar el hígado lo lavé muy bien para que no tenga ese olor tan característico al mismo tiempo retirar la membrana qué lo recubre por los extremos qué a mí no me gusta mucho ahora sí ya listo ese paso en un sartén bien caliente y con un poquito de aceite agregué el hígado de res y dejé dorar por espacio de tres minutos por ambos lados para después proceder a colocar tanto el ajo, el tomate así cómo la cebolla bien cortada y qué todos los sabores se conozcan muy bien al mismo tiempo los cociné hasta que se noten traslúcidos ahí apagué el fuego para dejar reposar mientras esperaba para servir.
Cómo acompañante realicé arroz blanco qué para mí gusto le va muy bien una lastima que no me alcanzara el presupuesto para comprar y preparar una ensalada verde pero bueno será para una próxima ocasión.
