Pleasing my daughter with a special lunch that she wanted to eat//Complaciendo a mí hija con un almuerzo especial qué ella quería comer

<div class="text-justify> Greetings, friends of the #FoodiesBeeHive community, where I'm sharing the lunch I made on Wednesday. My youngest daughter told me to eat stewed offal (pork offal in this case), so we got to work in the kitchen preparing lunch.

Ingredients

° 2 kilos offal.
° White rice.
° 500 grams of beans.
° Onion.
° Sweet pepper.
° Parsley.
° Pepper.
° Plantain.
° Potatoes.
° Annatto oil.
° Salt and seasoning to taste.

The first thing I did was finely chop the seasonings while I waited for the offal to boil for a few minutes. Afterwards, I also chopped them into bite-sized pieces so they could be better enjoyed. Then I sautéed the seasonings in a pan with a little annatto oil. I let it simmer for a few minutes while I slowly added the offal and mixed it together. Then I added a little water. After a few minutes, I added the potato and covered it until it softened. Then I uncovered it and removed it from the heat.

For the beans, I just let them simmer until they softened naturally. Then, I also prepared the rice for the beans I wanted to mix with the offal. Finally, I fried the plantain and served it. My daughter's face was one of total joy, and although mine didn't show it as much, it was also joyous as I fulfilled the task of preparing her the lunch she wanted to enjoy.

Saludos amigos de la comunidad #FoodiesBeeHive dónde les comparto el almuerzo qué realicé el día Miércoles ya que mí hija menor me dijo para comer Asadura guisada (vísceras en este caso de cerdo) así que nos pusimos a trabajar en la cocina para preparar el almuerzo.

Ingredientes

° Asadura 2 kilos.
° Arroz blanco.
° Frijol 500 gramos.
° Cebolla.
° Ají Dulce.
° Perejil.
° Pimiento.
° Plátano.
° Papas.
° Aceite Onotado.
° Sal y Adobo al gusto.

Lo primero que hice fué picar muy bien los aliños mientras esperaba qué la Asadura se sancochara por unos minutos después también procedí a picarlos en trozos digamos pequeños para que se pudieran disfrutar mejor. Luego puse a sofreír los aliños en un sartén con un poco del aceite onotado dejé por unos minutos mientras de a poco fuí agregando la asadura e ir mezclando para luego ponerle un poco de agua, para después de unos minutos colocar la papa y tapar hasta dejar qué se aflojara ya después destapé y retiré del fuego.

Para los frijoles sólo deje sancochar hasta que se aflojen así natural y después el que quería mezclar con la asadura al mismo tiempo también preparé el arroz, para finalmente freír el plátano y después servir. La cara de mí hija era de total alegría y bueno aunque en la mía no se apreciaba tanto también lo estaba al cumplirle con prepararle el almuerzo qué ella quería disfrutar.
