Orecchiete is a type of pasta that is round and sunken in the center and when boiled, it will resemble small ears. Orecchiete is also commonly called a popular food in Indonesia. This form of pasta can be included as the main ingredient of your vegetarian cooking creations.
Materials:
Three broccoli, take the top
4 tbsp olive oil
1siung of garlic, thinly sliced
2 red chilies, thinly sliced
300 grams of orecchiette
Salt and pepper
How to make:
Take the green broccoli. Then boil it in water mixed with salt. After a little white, drain and squeeze to reduce water, then cut into pieces.
Heat the olive oil, then add the garlic and red chilies. Then cook until wilted, then add the broccoli that has been cut into pieces.
Boil the orecchiette in salted water until chewy. Add seasonings if desired.
Add the orecchiette to the broccoli sauce. Stir for about 2-3 minutes.
