A Letter from my Secret Santa!

In der deutschsprachigen DACH Community findet dieses Jahr wieder ein Wichteln statt. Veranstaltet von @ynwa.andree wurden alle, die teilnehmen, ausgelost und dürfen nun jemanden beschenken. Natürlich weiß der Beschenkte nicht, von wem er das Geschenk bekommt, bis eines Tages der Postmann klingelt ;-)

Da ich neulich erfahren habe, dass viele außerhalb unseres Kreises nicht wissen, wofür D-A-CH eigentlich steht, eine kurze Erklärung:
DACH hat sich als Begriff für alle deutsch sprachigen Länder in Europa etabliert. Das sind: D - Deutschland / A - Österreich / CH - Schweiz.

Zurück zu meinem Wichtelgeschenk .. Naja, es ist noch kein wirkliches Geschenk, aber es verriet mir schon mal, wer mein Wichtel ist und, dass ich mein Geschenk am Donnerstag auf dem HIVE Meetup in Graz überreicht bekommen werde.
Haha, guter Schachzug übrigens, mich zu überzeugen, bei MINUS 8 Graden aus dem Haus zu gehen ;-)

Ich habe nun dieses total süße Billet mit Wichtelzwergen bekommen! Es fügt sich perfekt in die Weihnachtsdeko ein, wie ihr seht. Aber, seht noch mal genau hin! Auf dem Brief, der ja ganz normal mit der österreichischen Post frankiert und aufgegeben wurde, befindet sich eine sehr sehr besondere Briefmarke:

Die HIVE meetup Graz Briefmarke! Soll ich nun verraten, WER mein Wichtel war? Hm, och nein, ich halte es vorerst noch geheim :-) Die schlauen unter euch werden es ohnehin schon erraten haben?

In the German-speaking DACH community there will be a Secret Santa Giveaway again this year. Organized by @ynwa.andree , all who participate were drawn by lot and are now allowed to give someone a present. Of course, the recipient does not know from whom he gets the gift, until one day the postman rings ;-)

Since I recently learned that many people outside our circle do not know what D-A-CH actually stands for, a short explanation:
DACH has established itself as a term for all German-speaking countries in Europe. These are: D - Germany (Deutschland) / A - Austria (Österreich) / CH - Switzerland (Schweiz).

Back to my Secret Santa gift ... Well, it's not a real gift yet, but it already told me who my Secret Santa is and that I will get my gift on Thursday at the HIVE Meetup in Graz.
Haha, good move by the way, to convince me with MINUS 8 degrees to go out of the house ;-)

I now got this totally cute billet with Secret Santa gnomes! It fits perfectly into the Christmas decoration, as you can see. But, look again closely! On the letter, which was franked and posted quite normally in a Austrian postoffice, there is a very very special stamp:

The HIVE meetup Graz stamp! Should I now reveal WHO my Secret Santa was? Hm, oh no, I'll keep it a secret for now :-) The smart ones among you will have already guessed it anyway?

beebers crazy advents calendar - day 13

Until Christmas I will choose one daily winner from the comments on my advents calendar post of the previous day. (8pm CET the next day after the posting day) The one comment that I love the most, that makes me smile, that was very interesting or whatever pleases a woman like me at that moment ;-)
