Ein Cola-Automat im Prater hat meine 2 Euro-Münze verschluckt und kein Getränk geliefert. Habe eine 2 Euro-Münze eingeworfen, ein Pepsi um 1 Euro ausgewählt und dann ist der Screen hängengeblieben, der Automat hat sich nicht mehr gerührt und kein Getränk ausgegeben und das Geld auch nicht retourniert. Nach ein-zwei Minuten wurde dann auch das Guthaben gelöscht.
Das Ganze ist mir im Wiener Prater passiert. Und der Automat hat auch keine Info, von wem er betrieben wird, wo man das reklamieren könnte. Shit happens.
Ist euch so was ähnliches auch schon mal mit einem Automaten passiert, dass der Automat eure Münzen verschluckt hat, ohne ein Produkt zu liefern? Denke, so etwas kommt relativ oft vor, auch Automaten haben Fehlfunktionen.

A Coke machine in the Vienna swallowed my 2 euro coin and didn't deliver a drink. I inserted a 2 euro coin, selected a Pepsi for 1 euro and then the screen got stuck, the machine stopped working and didn't dispense a drink nor return the money. After a minute or two, the credit was also deleted.
The whole thing happened to me in the Vienna amusement park "Prater". And the machine has no information about who operates it, where you could make a complaint. Shit happens.
Has something similar ever happened to you with a vending machine, that the machine swallowed your coins without delivering a product? I think this happens relatively often, vending machines also have bugs and malfunctions.
