Anthropic, die Firma hinter den leistungsstarken Claude-KI-Modellen, erlaubt Job-Bewerbern keine KI für die Bewerbung zu verwenden. Wie ironisch.
Im Job ist es hingegen wieder erlaubt und erwünscht, KIs einzusetzen auch für die Verbesserung der betrieblichen Kommunikation.
Kommt mir ein bisschen nach Doppelmoral vor, obwohl ich verstehe, dass man die Leistung der Bewerber auch ohne KI beurteilen möchte.
Denke in Zukunft müsste man die Bewerbungs-Prozesse und das geforderte Skill-Set anpassen und auf die neue KI-Ära adaptieren. Statt native Skills wird auch Prompt-Engineering und der effiziente Einsatz von KIs am Arbeitsplatz eine entscheidende Qualifikation sein, ob man einen Bewerber einstellt oder nicht.
Was sagt ihr, dass man bei Anthropic bei der Bewerbung auch für Non-Engineering-Jobs einwilligen muss, keine KI während des Bewerbungsprozesses zu verwenden?

Anthropic, the company behind the powerful Claude AI models, does not allow job applicants to use AI to apply for jobs. How ironic.
On the job, on the other hand, it is again allowed and encouraged to use AIs, including to improve operational communication.
Seems like a bit of a double standard to me, although I understand that you want to assess applicants' performance even without AI.
I think in the future, the application processes and the required skill set will have to be adapted to the new AI era. Instead of native skills, prompt engineering and the efficient use of AIs in the workplace will also be a decisive qualification as to whether an applicant is hired or not.
What do you think about the fact that Anthropic requires applicants to agree not to use AI during the application process, even for non-engineering jobs?
