Thank you for taking a look at the engagement question #3 from the Dolphin Assemble Community.
A dolphin status can easily acquire by anyone who invests to power up.
The acquired dolphin status may not always enable a dolphin to do well in posts since the amount of support that one receives depend on a number of factors like our social circles and the quality of our posts.
Many dolphins eventually give up on posting and purely focus of curation.
On our platform, we often hear about the need to support minnows but the older members, who had seen too much undesired changes, may need support too because their passion and drive may have been extinguished.
Currently, a dolphin can earn at least 2 HP easily through curation without posting while maintaining a nice voting manna above 90%.
After much posting with no supporter, a dolphin may give up on posting with some even choose to power down totally.
Helping new members to get into the right track is important but retention of dolphins is equally important.
Most dolphins, who have stopped posting, have chosen to leave their accounts on auto-upvote to earn curation reward.
Posting vs Curation can be a thought in the minds of dolphins like us.
What are your thoughts about posting and curation as a dolphin after reading some of my humble thoughts?

This is the third engagement question for this community.
It will be nice if our dolphins can share their thoughts and maybe some of us can think of ways to help other fellow dolphins to stay passionate on Hive platform even if they were emotionally affected and disappointed by Steem platform.
Subscribers of our community will need to be a Dolphin(5132.24 HP ~ 51322.4 HP) so if you are a dolphin, it will be great if you can join us.
