The actions continues and I found this part more interesting to extent that I called my friend on phone to let him know I just finished watching the part 2 of the movie and we both share our experience on it. He told me I should not even try to miss the part 3.
I even told him that this part 2 went beyond my expectations.
The moment the movie started, I could feel my heart beating fast. Chris Hemsworth as Tyler Rake came back even more brutal and emotional than it was. I was gum to the screen the whole time watching. I didn’t even touch my drink or snacks until the movie ended.
The most interesting and unforgettable part of the movie for me was the prison break scene. Oh my God. My dear scene was raw violent, and real and took a dimensions I couldn't think of, It looked like it was shot in one continuous take, and I kept holding my breath. Tyler had to fight his way through a prison riot to save a woman and her two kids. He was punching, dodging, and protecting them at the same time. The camera never left him. I felt like I was right there with him. It was honestly one of the best action scenes I’ve ever watched in a movie. This scene was really intense to me that I just keep thinking about it.
Another thing I really liked was how the story also showed Tyler’s pain and trauma. He wasn’t just some superhero with muscles. He was struggling inside, with guilt and past memories the movie felt very real not that fictional. There was a part where he was talking with one of the kids he saved, and for a moment, the movie slowed down. I was touched me deeply. It reminded me that even the strongest people carry silent battles.
The stunts in this movie were insane cars flipping, guns blasting, helicopters flying low It was nonstop. ( The fictional part but still makes sense though)And the way it was filmed made everything feel real. I was shaking at some point, especially during the rooftop fight with the sniper. That scene was intense. I didn’t even blink.
Watching Extraction 2 was not entertainment. It was an experience. It made me feel the pain, pressure, and purpose behind every move Tyler (strength) made. If you love action movies that are not just about violence but also heart and purpose, I strongly recommend this for you.
I will be looking forward to share my review and experience on Extraction 3 tomorrow.
