You know me. You know I love everything that has a touch of Korea in it and I've been falling head over heels for Korean Dramas.
These guys have been killing it since the first time I saw a Kdrama in 2008/2009 and it's always exciting to see their work get more recognition.
Iris, Squid Game, kingdom, Mr Sunshine and much more have been getting international recognition. Money Heist? Maybe not as much as we expected... Hehe.
Something new is on the horizon.

Did you hear that? Narco-Saints is the name.
The revised romanized title of the series is Accidental Narco, Suriname, Surinam, Soorinam... whatever sounds better in your native tongue is acceptable. Hehe.
This series tells the story of a Korean Drug King who runs his drug smuggling Cartel in Suriname, a South American country. He got into a situation which got him entangled with a businessman that works undercover for Korea's Secret Service (NIS).
N.B: The screenplay of this series is based on the true life story of a Korean who ran a major drug ring in Suriname.
I've been hearing snippets of this series since 2020 when the casts were first announced and the script reading followed. Finally, production is over and this will be aired on Netflix.
For the record, this has a PG18 rating because of the violence displayed in it and the extreme level of cuss words. The first teaser was released 4 days ago by Netflix.
I'm seeing some big guns with a notable presence in the Kdrama industry.
Some of them include;
1. Park Hae Soo

You will remember him from his diabolical role in Squid Game. I have been his fan since I saw his psychological role in Prison Playbook. He also played the lead role in Chimera and a very adorable role as Berlin in Korea's Money Heist.
Any role he plays is always a joy to watch especially when he takes up a bad guy role. Haha.
2. Jo Woo Jin

Fair play to Woo Jin, he deserves such a role in a series that is tipped for success. This guy is a top ranked actor who has worked on so many projects. I can't place a figure on the number of times I have seen his work, but he is always killing his role.
His most recent appearance is on a big screen project title Alienoid. I will be reviewing the kmovie once I get my laptop back. Haha.
Woo Jin is a good addition to this series and he does so well in his works. This won't be any different.
The first teaser video for this is attached to this posy. The second and third teased videos will be released on the 19th and 26th of August. The main trailer will be released on 2nd September and the whole 6-episode series will be released on 9th September 2022.
Make it a date.
Thanks For Not Missing Any Full-stop Or Comma
