Unless you are watching Red Notice there is not a single movie worth wasting time on, instead, you would be heading to the series section and find that there are but a handful to waste time on. Across networks, unless you use a proper site like YesMovies.ag because Fmovies.to has gone bitch mode on adverts.
Fortunately, Riot games and Amazon using their corrupt powers that be have provided much better entertainment and we should all keep praising the corporates and governments for their wonderful distractions.
I actually don't like doing any of these posts because for one someone already wrote a post on it and secondly I have no intention of going in depth. Something is either good or it is not. I don't really care for the meanings, they are obvious so figure shit out.
First up is
Arcane
Literally, the only reason I started watching was the art style. If anything then watch part at least for that. Then because I read in the comments it has to do with League of Legends, so I was pretty amped to see some cool weaponry.
It may be that I watched the first 3 episodes in 40 minutes instead of 120min but there is a change over where time progresses which could trip you up if you don't keep track.
Other than that a person might feel the progression is a bit slow but remember Doom Patrol is still on and that shit is in real time. The progression is actually kinda perfect, the episode I am at now was the build-up I have been waiting for since the second episode.
I am yet to watch the last episode but really I can just wait for season two then watch and I won't even feel like I am missing anything. Each episode is just that good in it's own right.

The Wheel of Time
This series is based on books, and really there is not a single series or movie that gives magic any kudos. Apart from that most series that have strange beings in like to throw them in your face as though you are a racist. Wheel of time just says fuck it, we are telling a story.
I like that.
Similar to how I would describe Arcane episodes, Wheel of Time episodes feel almost standalone and don't leave you irritated. I think with both what I like is I can continue the story in my head and next episode that is validated or a pleasant surprise. Neither of these shows try to "grift" your attention, for want of a better word.
