Having described the importance of the economic and social dimensions implicit in the precepts of any business organization, we now turn to the fundamentals of the environmental dimension and its guidelines for maintaining the biological integrity that must prevail in organizations in order to achieve long-term productivity of the systems that maintain the environmental infrastructure and, by extension, life on the planet.

It is difficult but necessary the mission to merge the economic that tries to satisfy the social needs with the environmental, in humanistic, ethical and cultural practices, because it is seen that it is the environment that provides living beings with their resources for subsistence, therefore it is essential to cement the consciousness of the individual ecological dimensions.

The environmental dimension, are immersed in business decision making, in order to superimpose natural laws over economic and social ones, thus reversing in a period of time what is used of nature in order to ensure future generations.

The promotion of organizational culture in companies is ideal to achieve beneficial changes collectively or globally, jointly incorporating the principle of sustainability, if workers are not involved in environmental business practices focused on sustainability, then these institutional pretensions would definitely be null, because such ideas are not immersed in the conscience and principles of those who work there.

Based on the above considerations, the discussion on sustainability during the debate on "Potential tools for Sustainable Development", where opportunities for business organizations to balance economic growth, environmental sustainability and social justice and equity were visualized, is underlined.
