Then comes the positive side, where we think about what we can gain from this situation, and how happy we will feel when we have overcome this obstacle. These are the three stages we go through in the process of making any decisions. Hesitation comes from a lack of clarity and energy in your dreams.
How to overcome hesitation
Start by making a commitment We all have a lack of confidence in our abilities. Even if we have what it takes to accomplish something, we still hesitate. Our hesitation makes us procrastinate. And procrastination keeps us stuck. As Benjamin Franklin said: The poor man who has nothing to do is the most productive person in the world. And Benjamin Franklin's point is also important. The lack of productivity that you will experience if you remain stuck is why you should make a commitment to take action. Commitment is one of the most powerful motivators we have. It makes us want to follow through with what we have to do. A commitment is a decision to act in a specific way. Commitment is what makes us change our mind and act on what we believe is right.
