I just joined Hive on February 20, 2023. Meaning, I just turned two months here last April 20. I never understood how Power Up works. I had no idea how to do it.
Now that I am earning but not so much, I decided to join my first HPUD. By the way, I just want to acknowledge that @jane1289 helped me to power up last March 2023.
Since today is the 1st of May, I am writing this article as my guideline. Hoping those beginners like me will understand how to do such.
Simple way how to Power Up through PeakD
Step 1: Go to Wallet
Step 2: Find Hive-Backed Dollars (HBD), click the arrow down beside SEND, and click MARKET which will lead you to this website
STEP 3: SWAP, don't forget to click the arrow to switch HBD to HIVE
Thanks to @coolmidwestguy for guiding me in understanding the SWAP XD
STEP 4: Hive Tokens already added
STEP 5: Ready to Power Up
Click the arrow down beside SEND, and choose POWER UP which will bring you to the second image below.
Step 6: Successful transfer, from 224 HP to 226 HP
After that, I've been staking these past few days as you can see in the images below.
Officially Power Up today!
