Hey everyone. Had to cover this. Dark winter is officially back! At least for the Center for health security, who re-uploaded its Dark Winter exercise back on its channel for the first time since it was originally posted in 2001.
This is very telling since the first time dark winter was released, a biological attack happened a few months later.
What’s more ominous is that in 6 days (from when they uploaded the video) is the next Hunter’s Moon aka sanguine moon aka a blood moon October 20th 2021.
