1. Eat healthy foods:
I eat food that is good for my health Because our health is top on the list of my priorities. I am not comprised on health, that is why I eat healthy food that keeps me healthy and active. I do not eat those which are not good for my health. I avoid eating foods that are not compatible with me. This is one of my good habits.
2. Get enough sleep Or Sleep On time:
I am also not comprised of lack of sleep. I manage my sleep accurately. Sleep has great importance. There is growing evidence that good sleep is important for overall health and well-being. Lack of sleep can lead to problems such as weight gain, mood swings, and even chronic diseases. This is why getting enough sleep that keeps me healthy and active.
3. Don't smoke:
I really hate smoking. Avoiding smoking is another good habit of mine. Smoking caused very serious injuries to health. 1. Procrastination:

When I did not do exercise daily it does not matter how much organic and good food I eat. There are many health benefits to exercising on a regular basis, but one of the demerits of not exercising daily is that you may become more susceptible to certain diseases. Not only will you be less likely to maintain your ideal weight, but you could also experience muscle weakness, joint pain, and even a decrease in your lifespan. Daily exercise not only keeps our bodies healthy, but it can also improve moods and cognitive function.
3. Enough use of Mobile:
This is another bad habit of mine. In the last couple of months, I start using my mobile aggressively. This is not good for me. but it is not early to get rid of this bad habit, because today we are living in the digital world. Everything is attached to our mobile phone. We cannot easily reduce the screen time of mobile. It needs to take some serious steps again enough use of mobile.

Cuando no hago ejercicio diariamente no importa la cantidad de comida orgánica y buena que coma. No podemos reducir fácilmente el tiempo de pantalla del móvil. Es necesario tomar algunas medidas serias de nuevo el uso suficiente del móvil.
