The universe is overwhelmed with miracles. On earth, the miracles are spread all around us. The only thing we need to witness them is a vision.

Isn't it a miracle how the day follows the night and vice versa? Isn't it a miracle how the days and night shorten and elongate so consistently and constantly over the year? Can the man do this happen with his knowledge, wisdom, resources and strength?

I see the miracles happening in the atmosphere happen when the weather changes. How the same sun, the same moon, the same piece of land bring forth so many changes in the atmosphere that one cannot live with the same clothes over the course of the year. The plants modify themselves according to the atmosphere and experience so many changes with the passage of time.

The rain that comes to the earth is a miracle. The water from the sky becomes a reason for the new life of the earth. How the water on the earth transforms into the vapors and is then sent back to earth again is a miraculous show of nature.

How the birds balance themselves in the air astonishes me a lot. How well they are designed to maintain the flights. Isn't it a miracle how they learn to fly without any guidance.
I don't need to go very far to witness the miracles. My body is miraculous enough to astonish me. The healing of cut, the continuous growth of hair and nails, the non-stop beating of heart, the exchange of gases within my lungs, the unconscious blinking of eyes, and much more that is happening within my body is miraculous. All these things are beyond the human control. It is quite miraculous how everything is functional properly without any of my efforts. My efforts and resources would never be enough to make a single body function so well continuous.
Though I see countless miracles in the nature, yet the one that amazes me the most is the birth of a living from a non-living. It's quite miraculous how the non- living yolk and egg white transform into a living chick.

How miraculous is the formation of young one within the body of a mother is. A non living drop of semen fuses with a non- living drop of blood (egg) and then begins the formation process of a living being. A small ball converts into a creature that has its body parts placed on the correct position. Isn't it a miracle how those parts take so best of their forms? What if there occurs a slight deformation. The perfect formation is beyond our control. It is the miracle of God to proceed the process so well and protected.

How miraculous it is a non-living seed buried in non-living soil gives birth to a plant that is alive. I see the miracles happen when plants of different shapes, sizes, colors and fragrance come out of the same soil that is watered with the same water.
We don't usually see all the things around us as a miracle because we take them for granted. We have been seeing these things happening the same way for thousands of years, that's why they have become normal for us. We usually count only those events as miracles that are unusual and beyond our understanding or expectations. One such event happened to me during my first pregnancy.
It was the fifth week of my pregnancy when I felt a piercing pain in my uterus. I thought it might be normal during this period. I was busy with my chores when I felt a fluid coming out of my vagina. It alarmed me. I went to the bathroom and to my dismay it was blood. The flow of blood was similar to that of normal menstruation.
When I went to the hospital, the doctor gave me some injections and pills along with the recommendation of complete bed rest. I followed everything advised by the doctor but there was no improvement in my condition.
After a couple of days I went again. The doctor did the checkup and said that the mouth of vagina was opened of 3 fingers size, and it would be a natural miscarriage. I wouldn't even need to go through any surgical process to clean the uterus.
I was sad and sadder was my husband. We had made up our minds for the upcoming loss but we were praying for the safety of our unborn offspring. The bleeding continued for twelve days. During this time I kept on taking injections and pills.
The doctor wasn't very hopeful but unless it would be a miscarriage completely she recommended me to take the medicine. I did what I could, the rest was in the God's hands and nothing is beyond His strengths. He protected the embryo from distortion. My pregnancy was safe and after 9 months a cute, white, small creature with well formed body was in my hands.
