But what is this natural connection all about? How is it different from a connection to the natural? Well let's start:
A natural connection:
It is a process where we assume ourselves to be part of nature, nothing more, nothing less. Where we have understood that if my environment dies my life is over. A natural connection is the love that I develop for everything that is my vital environment and that of others. A natural connection is to leave behind all the behaviors that destroy the environment and irreparably damage mother earth. A natural connection is to awaken in full consciousness that we humans have abused throughout our history of the planet and that today we must create actions not only to repair the external damage, stop the devastation, death and destruction but also to heal from within from the energetic. Today we must establish a natural connection with the heart of our mother earth in an attitude of forgiveness.

A natural connection is an intimate process that is reflected in the collective, no one can force me to develop that connection but with my own life I can show others to connect naturally, remember the example and life experience is a learning process that goes far beyond simple theory. But, why did I tell you that a natural connection was different from a connection to the natural? Well, because a connection with the natural implies an external act where I assume nature as something that is outside of my being, where everything that surrounds me is that something that surrounds me and I fail to understand that nature and my own existence are one.

Our natural connection has multiple benefits, these are:
1.- Mental benefits: Establishing our natural connection reduces stress levels and therefore balances our energy by channeling our thoughts and emotions, which is why it helps to eliminate anxiety, depression, sadness, in addition to improving our memory and neuronal flexibility processes.
2.- Emotional benefits: A natural connection provides us with states of emotional well-being from the enjoyment of our life in harmony and recognition of what we are in our most basic natural state. It is to appreciate the beauty of everything that surrounds me, it is to thank and value each of the gifts of mother earth. This originates in me an emotional balance when I become aware of my breathing, because I am airy, of the benefits of sunlight because I am energy and light, of the need for pure water because my life flows.
3.- Physical benefits: By oxygenating our body cortisol levels are reduced, which is a hormone that is responsible for generating stress and alertness, hence the importance of good breathing outdoors. A natural connection allows me to charge my body with energy and vitamins from natural sunlight through which biological cycles and sleep quality are improved, in turn reducing the pathologies associated with fatigue and wear and tear, improving the endocrine system and controlling the cardiovascular system when we understand the importance of always being in contact with our natural being.

4.- Spiritual benefits: Respecting every belief, tradition and culture, I must tell you that establishing a natural connection allows us to understand that we are spirits, celestial bodies, souls that are formed from the energy that comes from nature. We need to connect with all our surroundings, learn to love the clear sky, value the rainy and stormy days, be grateful for every inch of fertile land and respect each of the species with which we share this space and common home.
So far my post today I hope you liked it, sorry for the extensive I still have much to tell but I will do it in other articles where together we will learn how to connect naturally with our environment. Life, love and prosperity to all.
