A reality that we face daily is related to the fact that people fail to understand each other and before understanding situations or asking the reason for any action, others end up and we end up making a series of judgments, criticisms and even sentences that are related to the perception of reality that each one of us have built. From this perspective is that I dare to write these reflections about the "Color of my crystal" these are based on the way in which I assume reality and everything that is part of it according to my own vision, perspective and life experience.

The color of my crystal alludes to all those moments when my vision is no longer clear and is painted in the color of the lens or filter I use to appreciate what is happening around me, even to understand others it is necessary to know which crystal to use to look at them from empathy and without prejudice. On many occasions the color of my crystal becomes dark gray because of situations that come back to me and that have marked me, these situations, tarnish my vision of the world of the present moment and when that happens I prefer to calm down, move away and even close my eyes for a few moments until my crystal becomes transparent and I can objectively evaluate the new events that affect me.

Another important aspect that I have learned to identify in myself and in others is that our crystals are not the same, nor do they have to be, as I said, each one sees things according to his own life experience and that allows him to decide wisely when we use that sensitive and life knowledge in our favor. However, when we allow ourselves to be blinded and our crystals darken to the point of not allowing us to see the possibilities and opportunities that come even in the worst situations is when we must apply the techniques of mindfulness and stop using filters for reality to perceive not only the bad but also the good.

My blue crystals are my days of harmony and peace, those moments where I can be the architect of my tranquility. At present my blue crystals are the ones I like to use to make everything flow, I got them when I understood that the only eternal thing is my spiritual being and that taking care of my peace here and now is my only priority. My blue crystals have cost me many battles and I have won them by dominating my own demons and fears. That is why today I appreciate those who come into my life and I can look at them from that beautiful blue that inspires me with their soul and mine.

My pink crystals, for love, I use them every time my heart jumps with joy because it manages to find love and goodness in my actions and in other people. My pink crystals combine very well with my blue crystals, that's why my life is dressed in colors. My green crystals connect me with nature and life from that power that comes from mother earth, they help me to value and appreciate everything that is around me, my green crystals thank mother earth and give me the opportunity to always perceive what is good for me and the planet. And yes, there are many other colors that step by step I have been gaining for my crystals, my vision of the world is multicolored because we are light, the one from which colors are born. I never judge because everyone has a different vision from mine and it all depends on the glass with which you look at it.
