Saludos amigos de @EcoTrain sin duda ha sido una semana interesante que justifica responder la pregunta que creo importante sea parte de un habito de vida.
Greetings friends of @EcoTrain it has certainly been an interesting week that justifies answering the question that I believe is important to be part of a life habit.
Esta pregunta vendría siendo para mí como un calibrador de mis emociones, soy una persona muy sensibles y tras sufrir hace muchos años de desmayos y convulsiones, y después de descubrir la raíz de la afección, me di a la tarea de buscar medios para lograr reconocer y equilibrarme, que sin duda la cotidianidad influye incisivamente, pero ahora con un poco más de conciencia para autoexplorarme y autoregularme por mi propio bienestar creo he logrado muchas cosas.
I am a very sensitive person and after suffering many years ago from fainting spells and convulsions, and after discovering the root of the condition, I set myself the task of finding ways to recognize and balance myself, which undoubtedly influences daily life incisively, but now with a little more awareness to self-explore and self-regulate for my own well-being I think I have achieved many things.
No estoy exenta de salir de la línea armónica en la que siempre me gusta y procuro estar, y más en estos tiempos tan convulsivos donde la situación pandemia ha afectado tanto en muchos niveles de la vida que me ha traído mucho movimiento interno, factor ante lo que estoy buscando de equilibrarme y adaptarme. Como hay cosas que no puede resolver al momento solo me queda esperar pacientmente, entonces mientras tanto estoy retomando prácticas que me hacen sentir en bienestar.
I am not exempt from going out of the harmonic line in which I always like and try to be, and more in these convulsive times where the pandemic situation has affected so much in many levels of life that has brought me a lot of internal movement, a factor before which I am looking to balance and adapt. As there are things that cannot be solved at the moment I can only wait patiently, so in the meantime I am resuming practices that make me feel well.
Salir a caminar dos veces por semana y disfrutar de la naturaleza ha sido mi primera tarea con la que me siento fabulosamente bien, después de tanto tiempo de sedentarismo mi cuerpo empieza a reaccionar favorablemente, lo cual agradezco, más porque lo estoy haciendo de manera progresiva que sin duda es un ecofactor positivo para mis células y por ende para mi cuerpo y emociones, me siento feliz por lo que estoy experimentando.
Going for a walk twice a week and enjoying nature has been my first task with which I feel fabulously good, after so much time of sedentary lifestyle my body is beginning to react favorably, which I am grateful for, more because I am doing it in a progressive way that is certainly a positive ecofactor for my cells and therefore for my body and emotions, I feel happy about what I am experiencing.
Retomar mis prácticas de percusión ha sido también una buena forma de volver a los orígenes de mi sensibilidad, es una sencilla manera de sentir y vivir la vida, haciendo música improvisada con el tambor logro drenar otras cosas basadas en ese torbellino interno que algunas veces no expreso, bien sea por olvido o simplemente no querer seguir dándole poder a temas estériles del que el Ego se alimenta.
Returning to my percussion practices has also been a good way to return to the origins of my sensitivity, it is a simple way to feel and live life, making improvised music with the drum I manage to drain other things based on that inner whirlwind that sometimes I do not express, either by forgetfulness or simply not wanting to continue giving power to sterile issues that the Ego feeds on.

reir, reir mucho esta semana hice encuentro con un gran amigo al que no veía desde hace 25 años, recordando gratas experiencias de universidad y con nuestros cuentos pudimos reírnos de las anécdotas de vida y darnos cuenta de los eternos aprendices que somos en todo lo que vamos haciendo en nuestro camino.
And laugh, laugh a lot this week I met with a great friend that I have not seen for 25 years, remembering pleasant college experiences and with our stories we could laugh at the anecdotes of life and realize that we are eternal learners in everything we do on our way.
Y otro de los buenos calibradores para mi estados emocionales y sentimientos ha sido movilizar mi cuerpo a través de la BIODANZA encontrándome con mis movimientos naturales en conexión con una música y ejercicios previamente estudiados para tal efecto, guiadas por consignas repletas de sabiduría y amor por parte de mis facilitadoras, actualmente lo realiza de forma virtual por medio de zoom, y tras cada sesión que ahora hago de forma quincenal, le regalo a mi organismo estados de regocijo y plenitud.
And another of the good calibrators for my emotional states and feelings has been to mobilize my body through BIODANZA finding my natural movements in connection with music and exercises previously studied for this purpose, guided by slogans full of wisdom and love by my facilitators, currently performed virtually through zoom, and after each session that I now do every two weeks, I give my body states of joy and fullness.
En fin procuro alejarme de lo toxico evito quedarme anclada en cosas que la cotidianidad pueda abrumar mi sentido y deseo de querer vivir en completa salud y bienestar.
In short, I try to stay away from what is toxic and avoid being anchored in things that daily life can overwhelm my sense and desire to live in complete health and wellness.
