I think what makes the people not doing the things when they should do it, is the feeling of reluctant, when the think with utmost assurance that the times is on them, even when they are running out of time.
One thing about Time is that, if you failed to do it when you should do it that certain things would keep on disturbing and distracting your future operations.
Every thing has time, therefore, doing it on the right time, would saved you stress and unnecessary thinking, which may in turn make you loose weight and become unhealthy.
The feelings of reluctant is bad and should be avoided in Our life, as it will never add positively ideas to our wellbeing but would only makes you feels incomplete and not actionable.
The Action we should take is a good start, i knowing the things we should have done, that is knowing how, and when we need to have it done, when we never look at the ends wrong end when we never looked back at it, such action no matter if not good at all, would surely derived a result, which is what Action us all about and when we never looked straight at it and allow over boldness to control us, truly! We will not know of our strength and limitations.
The feelings of reluctant is the causes of it all, we must do away with it, and focus on our rights measures of having things done.
