We are human beings and we have a beautiful mind or heart. Due to which we can feel sorrow, happiness, emotion, feeling. So when we have a little trouble we feel sad and again we enjoy a little bit of joy. So sometimes we need refreshments.
Honestly, we are plagued by frustration or sadness for a variety of reasons. The slightest trauma can take a heavy toll on our heart and increase our grief. That is why we experience different kinds of mental problems at different times. At least we all know that mental health problems are worse than physical illnesses. Which gives us pain all the time. In other words, physical problems may get better at some point. But the mental problem grows slowly in the mind and at some point it becomes huge.
That is why sometimes we need mental refreshment. That is different for different people. Honestly if I can take some time to walk in nature and spend some time in nature then I am quite well mentally and this moment gives me a very good company. Which makes me feel better mentally. Again, many are emotionally drained by watching movies or listening to music or chatting. So we should do the same if we know the mental problems.
For example, sometimes I get emotional problems because of working all day or because of family or personal reasons. Then I try to find some time in nature to overcome that mental problem. Then the mind becomes refreshed in the cold air with various flowers and fruits of nature or animals or natural environment. Like the last two days in the afternoon when I was walking along the street I had a lot of refreshments and enjoyed doing some photography as well. Then I did some nature photography which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Honestly, the way I do photography and I enjoyed it a lot at the time and it seemed like it gave me a little bit of peace of mind.
So I think we should do whatever our mind wants for the mental refreshment of each of us. We have to remember that physical illness hurts us. Similarly, our mental illness also harms us a lot. So we have to give ourselves some time for mental development.
