Since I launched my Hive Forest - Adopt a Tree for Charity initiative three days ago, I have been overwhelmed by the generosity and support received. I planned two weeks for all the 47 trees in my Hive Forest to be adopted, and guess what??!!!
43 trees have been adopted within 2 days and so far I have received 140 Hive and around 5.5 HBD donations!!!
90% of these funds will be donated to the Alzheimer’s Society via @nickyhavey's 2020km Challenge. So on behalf of Nicky on behalf of the Alzheimer’s Society, Thank you everyone!!!
I mentioned previously, if all goes well, I will grow my forest to 60 trees so we can raise more funds for the Alzheimer’s Society. I may be getting a bit ahead of myself, but since there are only 4 trees left from my Hive Forest that aren't adopted, and overnight I have received 5 more adoption requests, I have gone ahead and created 13 more trees to make 60 in total.
Here are the four from the first batch. From left to right - Steps, The Driller, Zee and Skater.
The next batch includes 7 new trees. The Dancing Monster has already been snapped up by @martibis. He adopted three trees yesterday, and when I showed him my new trees, he decided to adopt another one on the spot!
This next batch is slightly different from the others. My Hive Forest is 100% sustainable made from cardboard packaging boxes. Yesterday, I noticed this tissue box had a lovely floral design so I decided to create a special range of floral trees. Number 56 is probably my favourite from this range that's why I've called it Tomorrow, as tomorrow will always be better. You may notice there's one called NSFW. This is a funny one. When I showed it to hubby he said it looked rude 😏. I couldn't see what he saw even after he explained it to me. My focus was on the purple splash, so I guess his mind works in a different way. Or is it a guy thing? Anyway, I thought I'd name it NSFW for a laugh, if you get the joke, this might be one for you, no need to be shy 😁
Right now there are 16 5 gorgeous, one of a kind, super wuper duper, unique Hive Forest Trees available for adoption at 3 Hive each. 90% of your donation will go to good causes, and 10% will be the prize for a raffle draw. Every tree adoptor will get one raffle draw entry. Hopefully you'll adopt one of them before they're all snapped up!!!
If you want to know which trees are still available for adoption you can check my not decentralised public ledger. I try to update it instantly but it's not going to be every 3 seconds because it's not on the blockchain 😉

Ps If you donate HBD, it's roughly 0.35HBD per Tree, any excess will be 100% donated to The Alzheimers Society. If you want to send donations without adopting more tress, that is very welcome as well!!!
